Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there any guarantee this will work?
Yes. It has worked for thousands of students, and it will work for you. If you do the work, you will be having conversations in Spanish within months, and you'll be fluent by the end of the 2025. At any time, if you're not satisfied, you can quit and request a refund of your last payment. But we don't think that will happen!
- Do you support my time zone?
This won't be an issue! We have over 25 expert native-speaking coaches who live in time zones stretching from Argentina to Costa Rica to Europe. And we've supported countless students from Australia, Japan, and everywhere else in the world.
You're in complete control — We WILL be able to work with your schedule! (If for any reason there's somehow no way we can get you on our schedule, we'll give you a full refund.)
- What if I'm too advanced for this?
Although this program is great for beginners, we've found that even intermediate learners will benefit from the very beginning.
In January, we'll kick things off with some important grammar fundamentals: Sentence structure, Ser vs. Estar, por vs. para, lo vs le, and subjunctives.
If you're already a full master of these, this program may not be the best fit for you. But if these aren't second-nature yet, I would give it a try.
- How much time will it take me?
For best results, we recommend devoting about 1.5 or 2 hours a day, or 10 hours per week, as consistently as possible. We can help you strategize how to make that time every day, as well as how to make the most of that study time!
Remember, if you can carve out 10 hours a week, you're trading that for a lifetime of Spanish fluency. That's worth it!
- Who is my coach going to be?
All of our coaches are highly-qualified native-speaking linguistic coaches, from several different Spanish-speaking countries.
Your own coach will be someone who comes HIGHLY recommended, who has worked with our students and knows our methods, and who has an incredible track record of turning English speakers into fluent Spanish speakers!
- Can I take time off for vacations, or unexpected life events?
Life happens! We can plan around your plans. If you need to take up to 2 weeks off, and you can plan ahead, we'll give you extra work to do before you leave and then help you catch up afterwards.
If unexpected emergencies happen, we'll do our best to accommodate that, within reason.
My team will do our absolute best to help you keep up with the cohort so that you can continue to enjoy all these benefits and bonuses, all year long! But if you fall behind, we'll try to find an alternative path that will still get you fluent. We won't abandon you.
